From site: The primary function of the Landlord-Tenant program is to provide information and referrals to both landlords and tenants to resolve disputes that arise under the Washington State Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.18). This service is free and available to both property owners, property managers, and tenants within the Tacoma City limits.

From site: Established in 2005 through an agreement between Pierce County and the City of Tacoma, the Crystal Judson Family Justice Center (FJC) serves the needs of domestic violence victims and their children by providing comprehensive victim services in one, central, safe location in downtown Tacoma.

We focus on advocacy, education, complaint investigation, and community development planning.
