The Department of Client Support & Empowerment is responsible for designing, providing and evaluating an array of human services.
Programs to help families prosper
We provide services to help families prosper. These include programs to help clients further their education, find employment or increase their earnings, build assets, and stabilize their housing.
Individualized coaching to residents depending on their unique goals
On-site programming and resources to residents living at THA communities
Work with residents who are interested in resident-led programs and events, providing resources for neighbors to engage with each other
We provide services to help families succeed as tenants in our housing programs, to recover from homelessness, domestic violence or other trauma and to stabilize families. To this end, we seek to provide holistic case management. We do so in partnership with a wide variety of service partners.
