Triple P
Triple P is an 8-week family intervention designed to promote positive parenting practices in the community and prevent a range of social and behavioral challenges in children. It gives families the tools to encourage desirable behaviors and aims to enhance parents’ self-sufficiency and strengthen relationships between parents and their children.
MCFHC Diaper Bank
Free diapers and wipes once per month.
MCFHC Early Childhood Education and Assistance
ECEAP supports social-emotional development and school readiness of the whole child and engages the whole family in accessing services to address individualized goals and needs.
MCFHC Free Food

MCFHC Health & Empowerment
Hours:
Every 3rd Tuesday of the month, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
H.E is a safe space and support group for boys, young men, and men who have experienced or witnessed crime in their lives. Themes and activities for events are curated by the participants in the group.
MCFHC Sisterhood of Strength
Hours:
Every 4th Tuesday of the month, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
A safe space and group for girls and women, of all ages who have experienced or witnessed domestic violence in their lives. Themes and activities for events are curated by the participants in the group.
Tacoma Recovery Center
From website: We are a community of women and men impacted by substance disorders, addiction, homelessness, PTSD and other mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide a safe environment where individuals with shared experiences provide hope, restoration, and resources that lead our members to a life unexpected.
