Letter to Charleston Housing Authority

On June 17^th in Charleston, South Carolina, a white gunman, in a racist attack on a black church, murdered 9 people.  One of them, Mrs. Cynthia Hurd, was a Commissioner of the Charleston Housing Authority.  The Chair of THA’s Board of Commissioners wrote a letter on behalf of THA to the Chair of the Charleston Housing Authority.
