January Focus: HR Report on Staffing & Metrics
HR Director Sharrall Madden prepared a report on HR’s 2023 areas of focus. The five primary areas of focus are: OPEIU and Trades union contract negotiations, pay transparency, creating a new performance evaluation system, reviewing and updating all HR policies, and increasing employee engagement. The presentation also includes the most up-to-date client and staff demographic information.
