Register for the THA Service Portal

To get started, click on the login link on the portal homepage:

When you reach the login screen, click on the link below the Email and Password fields labeled, “Click here to register.“

Residents and Landlords will be asked for a registration code, which we will send to you separately. Enter your code and select the “Go” button.

If you cannot locate your code, you can fill out our Registration Code Request Form.

When you reach the registration screen, you’ll be asked to enter your personal information.

Residents should use the information for the head of your household.

Enter your email address, choose your password, and review the Terms and Conditions.

If you don’t have an email address, you can register for a free email account through a provider such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.

Select the “Register” button to finish setting up your account.

Once you’ve completed your registration, you’ll be taken to our dashboard.
