KeyBank Hilltop branch sold to Tacoma Housing Authority

The Tacoma Housing Authority has added another property to its growing list of future housing facilities in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood. The agency and KeyBank have announced that the former KeyBank branch and property at 1120 S. 11th St. has been sold at a discount and will be used as part of a future housing project.
