Exhibits to RFP:
RFI Responses
Ǫ1: How many locations or work orders are given at a time?
A1: We normally issue one unit work order at a time. Exceptions would be for several vacant units measurements at a time.
Ǫ2: What are the expected response times for “work orders”?
A2: No expectation based on time for response. We schedule work at the time of measurement.
Ǫ3: Is the “price per square foot and per hour rate” per each scope of work line item?
A3: The price per square foot and per hour should cover all items in the scope of work.
Ǫ4: Are the work areas inside apartments, or do they expand to hallways, corridors, entry way of buildings, etc?
A4: Work includes all areas inside and outside of apartments.
Ǫ5: Should WSST be included in the price per square foot?
A5: No, the total price is sufficient for all sales tax inclusions.
Ǫ6: Regarding “water extraction” and “Water damage dry outs”, these scenarios are typically handled by remediation companies to assess sub floor conditions, and any adjacent walls due to water damages to provide proper dry out methods and repairs. So, are you asking bidders to price for these similar services, or will these scenarios be handled by other vendors?
A6: You do not need to bid for these services; they are handled by other vendors.
Ǫ7: Is the bidder’s pricing to reflect “prevailing wages”?
A7: Please include both prevailing and non-prevailing wage rates.
