Sign My Documents Online

The Tacoma Housing Authority is currently working on providing clients with the opportunity to sign their documents online.
If you are interested in signing your lease or any other documentation online, please click the “Sign Up Now” button below to enter your information. When THA is ready to start this process, we will notify you. Please note that you will need to know your Client ID number.

Any documentation you sign electronically can be printed and/or emailed to you. Additionally, you are welcome to meet with THA staff if you have any questions or concerns.
