Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) has just closed on a real estate transaction for D.R. Horton purchase of 143 single family finished community of New Salishan. D.R. Horton homebuilder.
This marks a major milestone in New Salishan.
D.R. Horton plans to begin construction this summer. D.R. Horton anticipates offering up to fifteen different floor plans in mostly three- and four-bedroom homes. The for-sale homes will be affordable to a range of incomes; thirty-five of the 143 homes will be sold to lower income families at below market rate prices; the balance will be sold at market rate.
