Tacoma Pierce County Coalition to End Homelessness
Counseling and support for students and families in the Tacoma school district to ensure educational stability, including school supplies, transportation, and school breakfast and lunch.
From site: SSVF program quickly connects Veterans- families and individuals- experiencing homelessness, or at risk of losing housing, to permanent housing through tailored housing stability plans that may include the use of short-term financial assistance, supportive services and longer-term shallow subsidies.
