Former Bank To Host THA (Business Examiner)

Tacoma Housing Authority is acquiring KeyBank’s vacant Hilltop branch building, which will be redeveloped alongside several other projects in the neighborhood.

The branch was closed down last June when KeyBank executives chose to consolidate services at the company’s Pacific Avenue location. According to bank officials, the branch had been experiencing a steady decline in customers and had proven to be too large for present-day branch banking operations.
