The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Tacoma held a Special Session on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at 12:00 pm to allow staff to present a resolution that would give Tacoma Housing Authority’s (THA) Executive Director some emergency authority needed as part of THA’s Covid-19 virus planning.
