In Tacoma Film Camp, students work in small film crews, supported by a filmmaker mentor. Together, they develop and create a complete short film in just one week, presenting their finished work to family and friends!
Over the course of 5 exciting weeks, mentors will provide youth a safe place to plug into ELO programs centered on Art & Culture, STEAM, Sports, Leadership, and more. Youth can learn new skills, center their voice, build positive relationships, connect with their community, and most importantly have fun!

Join us on July 19 to view the short films created at the Salishan Film Camp, plus a screening of The Wild Robot! Seating begins at 8 PM, with screenings beginning at dusk. Popcorn will be provided for all attendees thanks to TAPCO Credit Union. Bring picnic or camp chairs, blankets, and snacks!
