THA owns and manages a varied portfolio of properties. They are multi-family properties, single family homes and properties we use for business purposes.
THA’s residential properties include over 1,200 dwelling units. They vary in their design, size, financing and levels of affordability. These properties are in nearly every Tacoma neighborhood.
