• Credit, Criminal and Rental History
THA will judge whether an applicant would be a good tenant and good neighbor. To help
make this judgment, THA will check credit, rental and criminal history.
• Citizen and immigration Status
All applicants must verify their citizenship or immigration status.
• Starting November 16th THA will continue to give out and accept applications during normal
business hours at 902 South L. Street: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. THA will give
out and accept applications at this location until further public notice.
• About 30 days after it receives an application, THA will send the applicant a receipt.
• More people will apply than THA can house at once. THA will place them on a waiting list. A
person’s place on the list will depend on the application’s date/time, the number of
bedrooms right for the household’s size, and preferences that THA has established by policy.
