Housing Authority of the City of Tacoma
Annual Plan 2010
The Housing Authority of the City of Tacoma (THA) will submit its annual plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. THA’s proposed plan will cover policies, programs, operations and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. Copies of the draft Annual Plan will be available for public review for a period of 45 days beginning February 1, 2010.
Both plans will be available at the following locations:

A public hearing for the Annual Plan is scheduled for March 17, 2010 at 5:00 PM at THA’s Family Investment Center, 1724 East 44th Street, Tacoma, WA 98404. The site is accessible to persons with disabilities. Interpreters will be provided for the following languages: Cambodian, Korean, Russian, Spanish and Vietnamese. Persons requiring special accommodations should contact Nicole Thomas at 253-207-4443 at least 72 hours in advance of the public hearing.
Any citizen who wishes to submit written comments regarding the Annual Plan may do so by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 16, 2010.
