Salishan 7 is the final construction phase of the Hope VI Redevelopment funded project.
91-unit tax credit rental housing. Ninety are project based Section 8 and one is set aside for a resident manager. All units are restricted to households below 50% of area median income. Salishan 7 has 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom units.
