Hillside Terrace Revitalization Project

Project Description

The Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) is exploring options to revitalize the 1800 and 2500 blocks of Hillside Terrace. The aging buildings are distressed and need to be replaced. Our goal is to transform Hillside Terrace into a community of high quality, healthy and environmentally friendly homes that will meet the needs of residents and make the neighborhood a safer, more enjoyable place to live.
