Project Description (as planned)

This project is located on the corner of East 60th and McKinley Ave in Tacoma’s Eastside. The property consists of approximately 6.34 acres formerly owned by the Hillsdale Lumber Company. THA purchased it in 2007.

The project comes in two phases: Phase I - 60 rental multi-family units of workforce housing; and Phase II - 50 townhomes for sales. It will have a signature design.

THA is planning this project in collaboration with ENACT (Eastside Neighborhood Action Council.)
