Project Description

THA will build, own and manage this three story, 36,000 square foot, building. The second and third floor will host programs by partner agencies designed to take a child or grown up wherever they are in their education and training and push them further. The first floor will have a public library, a child care center, a bank or credit union and a grocery store/deli.
